Sante Ludovico, sole administrator: I founded La Pizza 1 in 1996 based on an idea; I wanted to produce pizzas and focaccias with the same style and care of a craftsman, making them available to homes and kitchens across Italy. The challenge was to combine a high quality product – from carefully selected raw materials to the production process – with productive capacity and logistics able to reach the entire national market in a brief time span.
