Forno Ludovico, the new range of baked products, has arrived. Our founder has put his name to it, personally guaranteeing the sole use of simple and natural ingredients, as well as a production cycle of the highest quality.
Forno Ludovico’s focaccias are kept out of the fridge and are ready to eat straight away. Besides the traditional focaccia, for a little something extra, there are the ones with olives, tomatoes or onions, and special doughs with 6 grains and quinoa.
A typical Ligurian speciality has been added to the new Forno Ludovico range: Crispy Genoese Focaccia.
Prepared according to the ancient Ligurian recipe, made by hand and without preservatives, the Crispy Genoese Focaccia comes in traditional, rosemary-flavoured and tasty tomato varieties.
Like all our products, the crispy Ligurian focaccia only uses simple and natural ingredients with a production cycle of the highest quality.
Pizza+1 introduces the new Pinsa, made with a unique dough different from all other types of pizza. Preservative-free and completely hand-stretched, the product is the result of a long sourdough rising and of stone baking. Pinsa is soft and tasty with an artisanal appearance and it is excellent also on its own with no toppings.
